The Spring CTHC Dinner/Meeting held on May 19, 2005 in Constableville, NY, included a presentation by Nan Stolzenberg, founder and principal consultant of Community Planning & Environmental Associates, Berne, New York.

View Nan's presentation HERE (1,393 KB - PDF File).

Ms.Stolzenburg is a Certified Planner, and has professional and personal experience in planning, facilitation, the environment, agriculture, public participation, writing, researching, and management. In addition to consulting, Nan assists her husband in managing their 120-cow Holstein dairy farm, located in Schoharie County. As a member of a small, rural community, Nan understands the particular characteristics and challenges facing communities in the Tug Hill Region. Her work emphasizes that each community's unique character must be recognized and nourished in the face of change and development, as it is one of the most important cultural and economic assets our communities possess.
